Anybody who loves football, will never stop supporting their team.
However, that doesn't mean that as such we condone what some of these players do.
Rooney is a ratbag to his wife. However, to the football club and TV etc etc, he is a brilliant player and they, in principal are only concerned what he does on the pitch (that is very similar to working for any company).
Personnally, the huge amount of money plied into football is sick.
Maybe for every transfer, the Government should take 50% and of course hit the players hard and get the tax off them.

I would just love it, if we banned all foriegn footballers and put a max on wages and transfer fees. It has just got so much out of control, it is in danger of imploding on itself.
