If it was in an out-of-print book .... any price up to $500.00 US.

For a CD - zero for most...the web is free.

IF I personaly met...or...know....and want to support the artist....$1000.00.

Outside of the local Salvation Army Band..there is no "artist" worthy of 1K US.
