Why is it "feral" and "rabid"? I think "civilised" and "considered" would be more approriate and "hatred" and "envious" are totally stupid words to use. But I'm glad you added the "otherwise". Anyway, like I said elsewhere - it's an old discredited, banal chestnut of an argument used by anyone bereft of a real understanding of why people seek equality or at least a fair deal for the less well-off.
