Saw Jimmy Carter the other night on Bill Maher's program and he said this would give the GOP control of one part of the government (the House) that they would be reponsible for. During the past two years the only thing the GOP has done is bitch. Now, if Obama puts forth good and well reasoned legislation and they stop it, he can go to the people and say, "Look who is stopping the changes you asked for."

If the Dems are smart enough to use this, it could work out for them.
