Hehehehee... Goik... Kendall would never Sockeye... he's Brilliant, fer sure.

I just sucked back a fillet of Brilliant, simply fried in marg... deeeelicious. It is, indeed, The King of Fish. We get west coast salmon in the shops here too, but it doesn't sell anywhere near the price of Atlantic salmon. It's tastey, but it's AS tastey.
