I was just thinking, they could convene Congress by having the Speaker solemnly ring a bell when it starts and intone: "Bring out your dead!" Then everyone could stagger in, zombie-like, and get on with the daily bilgeroar...and the press could stagger over, zombie-like, and ask the standard questions when it's done. Then the public could tune in, zombie-like, for the sound bites in the evening. YUM!
