Hope to hear today that the seller and his bank have figured something out... Of course, the bank could just say screw you and force a foreclosure but that would stupid on their part if the proceeds are even close to what the guy owes...

I do, however, feel some sadness for the seller... He was aq buiolder and he built himself and his family this very nice house that I'm sure he never thought he would have to give up...
