These guys are really Wiley critters ... the water is so darn clear, any movement, shadow, any noise, they scat ...

I can't use a sinker, the will scat when you cast. I go way above very quiet and float an egg sack down .. then they will look at it .. fin around it ... and decide hey lunch ... many time man vs fish, fish usually win. I guess they didn't get so darn big being stupid. Most of the time I will streamer fly for these guys but not this late in the year. Eggs sacks are the only way to go
