This was one of our elocution excercise:
To sit in solemn silence in a dull dark dock,
In a pestilencial prison with a life long lock.
Awaiting the sensation of a short sharp shock,
From a cheap and chippy chopper on a big black block.
We first had to recite it aloud then then again in a whisper so that only the first and last consonants were audible.
Works quite well.Cheers
