Chicken Lips and Lizard Hips sounds like a good candidate, I'll put the suggestion to her. I don't recall owning it - not a big Springsteen fan though I do like some of his stuff - but I may have had it on a cassette tape compilation of children's songs. I got rid of my cassettes long ago in a de-stuff-ication moment.
