I rarely use my dishwasher because it is old enough that I have to wash the dishes before I use it or they come out with food on them. Kind of ruins the "labor saving" end of things. I have always drained my clean dishes in the dishwasher.

Okay, through backtracking and research I find that the device I was looking at is from an article four years old. That's several generations in modern technology. I did some key word searching and found that the VTech LS6245 DEC 6.0 phone does what the docking device I read about does, but with less cost and no fuss (and I already have a couple of their phones as extensions around the house). I hoped I'd be able to get it with a coupon but Office Depot doesn't carry this one. Fry's is plenty inexpensive anyway, and they have it. Now I need to sort out the phone end of things, to see if I can go ahead and do this.

The sun is out, so I really am stepping away from the computer and will go drag hoses.
