Come to that I know another website where a coward hiding behind a nom-de-plume is allowed to spout excrement, and the site operator and mods refuse to reveal his IP address or log his MAC numbers - indeed I can think of several posters there who have done that, some spreading accusations of paedophilia and bestiality, some openly threatening people and events opposed to the excrement they spouted. And no-one can sue the cowards because the site operator and mods will not log and reveal those things.
