Melodeon, easy to get started on and has something approaching accordeon sounds without the level of difficulty.

Then I met a lot of new friends who all played English concertina. Not being musical the logical thing for me to pick up was the Anglo.

Harmonica just happened to be another instrument with the same system.

Oh and the knackers. My mum gave me a pair she had just boiled up for dinner, and I soon picked up the technique.

All of this was about 45 years ago. I have no regrets!

The Anglo and melodeon are great for dance, sessions, song accompaniment. What more does an ear musician need?
