Sorry, I'd forgotten I'd already posted a query about this in September and that it was already answered very fully with plenty of information.

It shows two things -

(a) that I don't look at Mudcat half often enough any more; and

(b) age, stupidity and the drink have now succesfully eroded what few brain cells I may have started with.

Sorry to have re-run something that's already been dealt with through the wealth of knowledge to be found in Mudcat-land.
