I agree with Bill D on this one. Why should she run? Right now she's being paid a lot of money to lob spit balls - and she doesn't have to answer to anyone. I think she'll cite family reasons and remain a public speaker. But I fully expect Newt Gingrinch to run - and he'll be someone to contend with as I see it.
