At my age I have been wrong a great many times. I have also fairly often been correct. My bet would/will be that Palin will NOT make a run for the presidency- or if she does, she will quit it halfway. I do believe she craves the attention and the money; I don't believe that she wants to work hard to get it.

Maybe if her running mate or cabal promised her they will do all the work? That she could concentrate on meeting and greeting world leaders? I think she has a highly inflated opinion of her charm, or at least of its long term effectiveness, and I can imagine her wanting to be let loose on some of these leaders.

I sometimes wonder how she feels about most of Alaska's opinion of her. As I implied, I think she wants to be liked, uncritically.
