I did ask Bill about this doggerel!
His answer was that he wrote it specifically for the "Sunny Memories" project. Read it for the recording, but, never actually learnt or performed it live! (well, he's forgotten if he did anyway!)
Still a marvellous piece on a wonderful LP.
