Mind you Black Rock and Killiney, were always the most expensive places to buy houses. Even Dun Laoghaire which is not that far away, is cheaper. I always wanted to live in Sandymount. Nice wee place, good beach, nice pubs, and near Landsdowne Road. Then there's always Ballsbridge or Irish Town.
