The people you mention were all intellectuals ...of their time.
I see few intellectuals on this forum or in present day political life. A real intellectual would see immediately the contradictions in our present system and would recognise that it is unsustainable.

All you peasants are fit for is snarling and gouging at one another like dogs....you are as far removed from the intellect as your enemy the lovely Sarah, but she is now in position where intellect is not required......the self belief, emotion and guts will suffice.
