In Summer walking in the fields,
I always use my wit.
To save me stepping in that stuff,
That cows leave..you know.....s

On roads in Winter, snow and ice,
I like them not one bit.
And when I fall and break my leg,
I'll wish there had been grit.

The gritting lorry leaves its mark,
We put it to the test.
This year we all can feel quite safe,
By the Bishop it's been Blessed!!!
