I have built a hearme page for my own website for my chumms and I to use to chat and such, but I'd also like to provide them with some URLs for some helpful FAQ's and tech support for it...

Any suggestiosn for stuff other than the links on the hearme page already??

URL's would be much appreciated, links are unnecessary...
