It seems ages away yet kev. I know its not so if you are doing the organising but Xmas and new year seem more immediate. Well done for getting all those folks to give up their time for free.
Some info about parking might be helpful - from what I remember its limited. Do the pubs mentioned have any?
Also - what beer do the pubs serve? Some singers will only go for real ale.
