Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's Homer Haynes as the lead singer in that parody. You can find H&J's words here. The lyrics to the original hit by Jim Reeves are in the message right above that one.
Homer & Jethro were fine instrumentalists. In addition to their parodies, they made several "straight" albums with Chet Atkins, performing as The Nashville String Band. I think all their albums are out of print.
As part of another group called the Country All-Stars (which also included Atkins) they recorded another album called "Jazz from the Hills" which has been re-released as a CD. (Or maybe that's a compilation; I'm not sure.)
But I think those albums might be all-instrumental—no singing at all.
