The concentration of CO₂ in the atmosphere is 365 parts per million. Methane gas is 1.7 parts per million, or 1700 parts per billion.

Both gases are completely irrelevant when it comes to Global Warming, which is a made-up concept anyway. The 1^o F increase in average temperature from 1848-1998 is very small. Not wotrth all the fuss, much less a special name.
