If god creates life do we have the right to terminate that life to make our own existence easier?

On that personally I'd say we do not. But if you are talking in terms of bringing one in with a known illness or deformity I really struggle. Part of me would say God has given this life so I should not deny it. Another part of me would say why bring this child into what I can only see as misery? Have been unable to resolve this one in my own mind for a while...
