Subject: RE: BS: HELP 92 yr old w/ acute eczema
Only two things I would ask about, even though this seems to be eczema, have they checked his kidney function and also to see if he is aenemic? The not being able to warm up can be a symptom of the latter and the skin problems can be related to kidney stuff, though usually I am told that would also include nausea, etc.

I ordered a sample of some shampoo a mom made up for her baby who was born with eczema. She sells it on Etsy, but I cannot recommend it as it as not packaged well and most of it had leaked out, so I couldn't really try it. She gave me a refund, but I was not impressed with the service. She does have positive feedback. If you are interested, please PM me.

Also, I have that "Irish" skin and have always had to wear 100% cotton and it has to be fairly good cotton. I've noticed, these days, the cheap stuff can get just as scratchy as some of the synthetics. One thing I always do is wash any new clothing with some vinegar in the water as it removes the sizing which can really irritate.

Good luck,

kat
