I remember Fred from the late 50's, early 60's. I worked at the Unicorn in West Hollywood and after work we would hang out. There was not place to play so sometimes we would hang out and Fred would play and sing at laundramats. Once at the old Los Angeles airport. He and Dick Rosmini were my favorite guitar players. It is great to hear that he went on to build guitars and planes. What wonderful memories.
