You should stop blaming the bishop. Its like Steamin Willie says - you should all just blame yourselves. You keep making excuses for your miserable failure. Zippy blokes like him get up off their butts and make life work for them.
If all those people who complained, had picked up a lump of snow and defrosted it - then the Bishop's blessing would have worked. Its just the bishops bad luck that his parishoners are are gang of defeatist losers - like some I could mention.
