Mary has been a vital member of the music and dance in New England for years. I well remember conversations we've had over the years, and enjoyed knowing her at the Nelson Town Hall dances and The Folkway Restaurant and Coffeehouse in Peterborough, NH. She will have had an amazing music collection. As kat said, just short of a year from the fire that took our home, my husband and I have more than an inkling of what she is going through.

The cds and cassettes and LPs our friends (known and unknown) have sent to us this year gave immense comfort and hope. We'll certainly find some special music to send to Mary and we'll be sure to enclose some handwritten notes.
