Ooops, Andrea: Just in case: I lived in an insulation-free house in Ontario. Took a notion to do blown in; did not wear mask throughout due to difficulties using the machine - lack of adequate instructions; got pneumonia, I believe, from breathing in all that dust.

That was interesting. Woke up in the morning with a monumental pain in chest. Lying in bed wondering if this is a heart attack??? Finally, after calm consideration, decided I would live and got up enough energy to put on a robe and go down stairs so I could walk around outside - a warm day in December. Decided I could drive to town (18 miles) if I put the seat back so my lungs were comfortable. Went to the hospital for an x-ray (which I avoid like the plague so you know I felt BAD!). Declared pleurisy. Three antibiotics later (which I also avoid...)... The x-ray said pneumonia. I kept on keeping on after that first nasty day.

One thing I learned from this was that even though I took NO antibiotics for ten years, other people had and, hence, the bugs were immune.

Tonight: At 10:30, Rob informed me that he had just arrived in Montreal! That was a long supper break plus a long time for a, usually, one hour trip to Montreal. I thanked him for the call!! I promised to nag him until he gets lights on the trailer! On the plus side: they did try to get them fixed before they left.
