I like middling-green bananas. Much better flavor than the yellow or (god help us) the brown-freckled overripe bananas. The bananas in the grocery store are usually much too ripe. In about three days they will be too soft, and too bland.

Even if they are middling-green, I'd like to know how to keep them from ripening further. What kind of music would that be?
