John Argo has two recordings on the "Tobar an Dualhais" site
One recorded in 1951 "Oh Lassie Leave Your Milking Pail"
do. do.       1960 "Oh The Rose".
I have checked out these two on the site and the verse given above is
not mentioned in either of these two.
I am certain that this verse is part of this song.
