Tom is hoping to get a start on voice therapy today -- he needs to relearn how to use his voice and unlearn the workarounds that his throat came up with to compensate for the diseased fold.

Kim from Dr. Z's office called late yesterday -- Tom hopes to hear from her this morning.

Have an appointment with Dr. Z first thing tomorrow morning, but we have to catch the 11 a.m. train afterwards, so it would make more sense to get in some initial treatment today so he can start practicing.
