So this place in Beckley, West Virginia, (home of the Hatfield's and the McCoy's outdoor drams) they put coleslaw, mustard, onions, and chili on their hotdogs. I found while there one time with Billy Edd Wheeler that they take their hotdogs very seriously. The making of a good hotdog invites studied discussion from the natives. I do not, however, remember that they put catsup on the hotdog. I cannot imagine anyone actually doing so.DougR
