Many years ago we were invited to a pub in Springfield, MA, to hear an Irish duo, and that began a love of listening to Butch and Maeve. They played frequently at The Piccadilly Pub in Southbury, CT, but we went all over to hear them. We have one album of Butch only, and had all of their 8-tracks, which have disappeared.

No one answered if there are any existing recordings available. Obviously there are some of us who would love to have them.

Tara and the Moore/Mulvaney family -- Butch and Maeve were wonderful performers, and had a knack for remembering the names of their fans and making us feel special. Fabulous people who are missed in their sphere.
