People's response to whether they agree or disagree with statements of political philosophy or proposals often differ depending on the label (e.g., "liberal" or "conservative" or "Democratic" or "Republican") attached to them.    The best way to find out people's actual beliefs and goals is not to use such labels.

And, talk about synchronicity (is that what it's called?)! Just as I opened this thread and started typing this, Norman Goldman brought up the subject of this "no-labels movement" on his radio talk show! LOL
