Looks like a signpost to various advertisements. At the bottom was a "dealfind" for Calgary's best in dining, etc. This led to lots of adv. sites, but nothing specifically in Calgary. I looked because I live in the Calgary area.

There are a number of these in the net; the lead-in looks promising but nothing there. Some purport to have bio data about some musician, or lyrics, but lead only to more advs or ask one to post some information.
