Michelle, you never cease to amaze me with how much you accomplish in a day. :)

The kids are together this evening at a party at my daughter's house, an annual party she and her college roommates throw. They send out invitations, and make it clear that the party is open to invitees only (they've had people try to crash) and it is lots of food but no alcohol. They cluster together in different rooms and play a lot of different games - it really looks like a lot of fun. And of course, now my son is himself a college student and is taller than most of the group, so even more than before he fits right in.

They'll come back tomorrow and then we do our big multi-family dinner. Not sure how many will be here, and I'm thinking I need to go in the morning and get a ham to go along with the turkey, because I'm going to make bread and gravy and if people want they can have an open face hot turkey sandwich.

The house is coming along, but I still have some filing and arranging to do.
