Virginia: I haven't read all the suggestions so I may be repeating what someone else has already suggested, but I go to a Dermotologist every six months for a skin check-up. Over fifty years of exposure to the Arizona sun has taken it's toll. Anyway, I have that problem and doctor prescribed Fluocinonide Cream USP, 0.05% and it has really been effective.
