GP--Just noted that you are begging for a playable guitar in order to meet a performance committment--it looks like you have some thinking to do about committments in general--don't be fooled by these people who say "God will show me the way"--that is just their way of saying that they are examining the possibilities--not an excuse for sitting idle til something gets handed to them.
