Well, GfinS... Filters don't create CAPS... The person doing the typin' has to do it... And CAPS designate SCREAMING in this here world or cybers... So when most folks see someone using CAPS it is perceived that that person is using them as a way of yellin'/screaming whatever point it is that they are trying to make...
That's they way it was explainerated to me, anyway...
Now as to truth... Opinions are opinions and truth is truth... Sometimes the two happen to coincide and sometimes they don't... Most of the time they don't... So when one is generalizing about "liberals", for instance, that is more than likely an opinion that has little or nuthin' to do with facts... It's when people take a stand that their opinions are facts that there is trouble on the race track... If ya' get my drift...
