Hi, Carol - sounds like maybe you need to clean out your browser cache. I suppose I could compare that to an enema, but maybe I'd better not go there...
Anyhow, go to the FAQ and look in the table of contents for technical advice on membership (or click here). Follow the instructions for clearing your cache, and then logout (delete your cookie) and then reset your cookie.
