STOP PRESS!! It turns out that the guy in the Troxel case in the U.S. Supreme court is Gary Troxel!! (The Troxel case is about whether grandparents should have visitation rights with their grandkids. The grandparents in this case include: "Gary Troxel is a longshoreman who was the lead singer of the Fleetwoods, a classic-rock trio from Olympia, in the 1960s. Gary still performs with the group, best known for two gold records: "Come Softly to Me" and "Mr. Blue." (Seattle Times)!!!!
