I saw a standup comic earlier today and he cracked me up with this observation. To paraphrase:

"What do we tell our kids? Don't EVER tell a lie. Never. Because if you do Santa Claus will find out and he won't come down your chimney on Christmas Eve and leave you any toys."

Priceless. We lie to our kids when we tell them how honest they should be.
