Old as the hills, and what every kid learns at school.

"Where e'er thee be, let thy wind go free, for to hold it in be the death of 'ee. Church or chapel - let it rattle!"

(My gastro-enterologist brother in law says there's a lot of good advice in that last one. Burbled something about diverticular disease....)
