Georgiansilver, why do you believe all this stuff? Does any of it make any sense to you in any normal, logical way? If so, can you explain it? If not, how can you stand being inside your brain with such a big part of your life not making any sense? Are you having some sort of experience that makes it all seem worthwhile?
