I am sure about this... The 1st day is the only day when 51 votes is all that is needed to make a change in the Senate's rules...
There are a number of Senators, Tom Harkin (Iowa), Jeff Merkey (Ore.), Tom Udall (N.M.), Claire McCaskill (Mo.) and Michael Bennet (Colo.) who will be spear-heading this move...
