Subject: RE: Lyr Req: Nobody Loves a Fairy when She's Forty
The Internet Archive has a recording by Jack Jackson and His Orchestra. It doesn't give the date or say who the female vocalist is. She sings Verse 1 and Chorus 1 (as posted by Joe Offer above), followed by some recited patter, and finally Chorus 4.

Here's the spoken part in the middle:

How many times have I dared(?) to say(?) by one and all,
"'Tis I, your fairy godmother. You shall go to the ball."
I made their rags seem beautiful. Expense to me was nix,
And now I've got to make a shilling seem like one and six.
How often have I waved a wand and something would appear!
Last night I tried to wave it and I smashed the chandelier.
I wished beside the wishing well that I was young and thin.
I hadn't finished wishing when some goblins pushed me in.
The managers in ——(?) seem to think I'm past my prime.
They've offered me the dragon's part in next year's pantomime.
I feel I want to say to them, "When you was little, lads,
I was your fairy godmother, you rotten lot of cads!"
