The photo Sky News have been using this morning is most definitely not one of Gerry...he'd become such an enigmatic recluse that people have forgotten what he looked like.

Not only that the YouTube video of Stealers Wheel singing 'Stuck In The Middle' has been atrracting a lot of obituary comments.....but Gerry doesn't even appear in it (Joe Egan is miming Gerry's lead vocal)

Begs the question.....whatever happened to Joe? He co-wrote many of Stealers Wheel's best songs with Gerry. They dovetailed so well together that it was hard to see the join sometimes. There was an element of Lennon/McCartney in their musical chemistry (they also reminded me of Ham/Evans from Badfinger)
