This is the first I've ever heard of one existing....However, there was a multi-venue folk festival a few months back in Portland....I think Peter Yarrow was one of the performers....I understand they want to do it again this year....

There is apparently a festival going on this weekend in Portland too...bluegrass and americana I gather.

Also there is a folk festival each September over in Sisters....
